Katherine Barrow



I'm the Head Personal Trainer here at Devine Fitness and the director of the company. I am a fully qualified REPS registered and insured personal trainer. I have worked in the fitness industry for 5 years and I am passionate about helping & educating others on how to adopt a healthier lifestyle.


My hobbies outside of working hours are mainly horse riding and training myself. My favourite type of training is resistance training however I like to keep it varied and get the best all round fitness levels possible. I include a few HIIT sessions a week, some steady state cardio and swimming alongside my weight lifting programme.
